AI Warehouse
The dedicated AI compute infrastructure powered by Tenstorrent hardware that processes Ailevate Revenue Recovery's machine learning and AI workloads. Managed by [Ai]levate in SaaS deployments or customer-managed in on-premises deployments.

Claim Value by Payer Widget
A dashboard widget that presents the total dollar value of denied claims by each payer, highlighting where the highest financial impact lies through multi-line trend charts and payer-specific value analysis.

Confidence Score
A percentage value (0-100%) showing how certain Ailevate Revenue Recovery's AI is about a recommended correction for a denied claim. Higher scores indicate greater confidence in the recommendation's accuracy.

Corrected 837 File
A claim file generated by Ailevate Revenue Recovery that contains AI-recommended corrections applied to denied claims, ready for review and resubmission through your existing billing workflow tools.

Dashboard Widget
Interactive visualization components on the Ailevate Revenue Recovery Dashboard that display key performance indicators, trend data, and actionable insights. Examples include Potential Revenue, Denied Claims per Payer, and Revenue Recollection Rate widgets.

Date Selector
A navigation control that works with the Organization Selector to provide temporal filtering across all dashboard views and reports. Users can select predefined periods (Last Month, Last Quarter) or custom date ranges.

Days in Accounts Receivable Widget
A performance widget that monitors the average number of days to resolve and collect payment on denied claims, with trend visualization showing whether resolution times are improving or deteriorating.

Denied Claims per Payer Widget
An overview widget showing the volume of denied claims broken down by insurance provider through stacked bar charts, helping identify which payers contribute most to denial rates.

Feedback Loop
The mechanism within the Claim Flow page that allows users to provide direct feedback on AI recommendations using thumbs-up/down features with optional comments. This feedback continuously trains and improves AI accuracy.

Ingestion
The automated process Ailevate Revenue Recovery uses to securely import, validate, and process healthcare data (including 837 claims and 835 remittance files) through the Relay Service layer, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the workflow.

Knowledge Base
A repository within Ailevate Revenue Recovery containing payer policies, billing guidance, and best practices used to inform AI-generated recommendations and claim corrections.

A logical unit within Ailevate Revenue Recovery representing a healthcare entity such as a hospital, clinic, or provider group. Organizations enable structured data management and focused analysis for multi-facility healthcare systems.

Organization Selector
A navigation control that filters the view to specific healthcare organizations within your network, dynamically updating all dashboard metrics, claim lists, reports, and analytical insights to reflect only the selected organization's data.

Overview Section
The dashboard section containing three primary widgets (Potential Revenue, Denied Claims per Payer, and Claim Value by Payer) that provide fundamental insights into denial patterns and financial impact.

Performance Section
The dashboard section containing widgets that measure denial recovery effectiveness (Revenue Recollection Rate, Days in Accounts Receivable, and Write-off Ratio).

Potential Revenue Widget
A dashboard widget displaying the estimated value of recoverable revenue tied to unresolved or in-process denials, with trend lines and confidence-weighted calculations based on denial types and historical recovery rates.

Recommendation
A suggested correction from Ailevate Revenue Recovery's AI for a denied claim, typically provided at the service-line level with supporting rationale, confidence score, and relevant policy references.

Relay Service
A secure component deployed as a virtual machine in the customer's environment that establishes outbound-only connectivity between the customer's EHR system and the Ailevate Revenue Recovery platform, maintaining data within the customer's network perimeter.

Revenue Recollection Rate Widget
A performance widget that tracks the portion of denied revenue successfully recovered, serving as a key indicator of financial performance and denial recovery effectiveness with trend visualization.

Service-Line Level
The granular level at which Ailevate Revenue Recovery analyzes denials and provides recommendations—focusing on individual billed services within a claim rather than the entire claim, enabling precise identification of coding and billing issues.

Tenstorrent LoudBox
A rack-mounted (4U) AI compute hardware configuration powered by Tenstorrent Wormhole processors, used as the AI Warehouse in on-premises Ailevate Revenue Recovery deployments. Provides high-performance AI processing capabilities.

Tenstorrent QuietBox
An alternative form factor of Tenstorrent AI compute hardware for the AI Warehouse in on-premises deployments, offering similar capabilities to the LoudBox in a different physical configuration.
