Confidence Score
A percentage value (0-100%) showing how certain Ailevate Revenue Recovery's AI is about a recommended correction for a denied claim. Higher scores indicate greater confidence in the recommendation's accuracy.
Corrected 837 File
A claim file generated by Ailevate Revenue Recovery that contains AI-recommended corrections applied to denied claims, ready for review and resubmission through your existing billing workflow tools.

A performance widget that monitors the average number of days to resolve and collect payment on denied claims, with trend visualization showing whether resolution times are improving or deteriorating.
Denied Claims per Payer Widget
An overview widget showing the volume of denied claims broken down by insurance provider through stacked bar charts, helping identify which payers contribute most to denial rates.

The mechanism within the Claim Flow page that allows users to provide direct feedback on AI recommendations using thumbs-up/down features with optional comments. This feedback continuously trains and improves AI accuracy.

The dashboard section containing widgets that measure denial recovery effectiveness (Revenue Recollection Rate, Days in Accounts Receivable, and Write-off Ratio).
Potential Revenue Widget
A dashboard widget displaying the estimated value of recoverable revenue tied to unresolved or in-process denials, with trend lines and confidence-weighted calculations based on denial types and historical recovery rates.

Recommendation
A suggested correction from Ailevate Revenue Recovery's AI for a denied claim, typically provided at the service-line level with supporting rationale, confidence score, and relevant policy references.
Relay Service
A secure component deployed as a virtual machine in the customer's environment that establishes outbound-only connectivity between the customer's EHR system and the Ailevate Revenue Recovery platform, maintaining data within the customer's network perimeter.
Revenue Recollection Rate Widget
A performance widget that tracks the portion of denied revenue successfully recovered, serving as a key indicator of financial performance and denial recovery effectiveness with trend visualization.

The granular level at which Ailevate Revenue Recovery analyzes denials and provides recommendations—focusing on individual billed services within a claim rather than the entire claim, enabling precise identification of coding and billing issues.
