Adding Payer Contracts
Learn about how to use True Pay to model your payer contracts
True Pay is Ailevate's payer contract management module. It allows your organization to model payer contracts so the AI can accurately analyze claim data, compare expected reimbursements against billed amounts, and surface underpayments or discrepancies.
What TruePay Does
When a claim is processed, Ailevate's AI references your payer contracts to determine what was contractually owed versus what was paid. This information helps to identify underpayments and calculate potential revenue recovery accurately.
The Three Views
TruePay is organized into three tabs:
All Standard Charges
A unified, cross-contract view of every service charge on file. Use this view to search and filter charges across all payers and contracts simultaneously. Filterable by Payer, Contract, Code Type, Code, and Plan.
Contracts
A list of all payer contracts in your organization. Each contract record includes the Contract Name, associated Payer, linked Organizations, Effective Date, End Date, and Status (Draft, Active, or Expired). From this view you can create new contracts, open contract details, and manage existing records.
Payers
A directory of available payers (3,500+) with their Payer IDs. This is a read-only reference list used when creating or editing contracts.
